Returnable/Exchangeable Items

You may exchange/refund items if:

• You receive a different size/color 
• Faulty/damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
• Item doesn’t meet your overall expectation.

Refund Policy

• Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unstained, unaltered, and free from any fragrance.
• All original tags and labels must be attached to the item.
• Receipt must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds will not be issued for sale items, swimwear, jewelry, or underwear.

Refund Process:

• Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

Exchange Policy

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unstained, unaltered, and free from any fragrance.
• All original tags and labels must be attached to the item.
• Receipt must be provided.

Items can be exchanged for:

• The same value
• Lesser value with the remaining balance issued as store credit
• Greater value by paying the price difference

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Swimwear, jewelry, sale items, and underwear are not eligible for exchanges.
